Our children’s ministry is known as “Power Company”—a name which captures the essence of what we’re all about: Plugging children in to the Power Source of life, Jesus Christ.

We accomplish this through our Power Company classes, Breakout, Summer Surge and Home Court Advantage.

POWER COMPANY
Our Sunday morning program for children, birth through grade 5.  We offer age-appropriate activities and classes at both the 9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. service times during the school year, and at 9:15 a.m. during the summer months.

BREAKOUT
Our discipleship Bible study for 4th & 5th graders.  We meet between 4:15 – 5:30 p.m. for pizza, games and a topical Bible study.  Fall Breakout is on September 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 2 and 9.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
We hope to collect over 200 shoeboxes filled with gifts for children around the world this fall.  Boxes can be picked up, beginning October 16 and must be returned to the church by November 13.

CHRISTMAS PAGEANT …”FOR THE GLORY OF THE KING”
Parent information meeting will be held on Sunday, October 23, in room 107 from 10:25 – 10:40 a.m.  Pageant auditions for speaking roles will be held on Thursday, October 27, at 4:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary.  Rehearsals will be held Saturdays, October 2, 9, November 5, 12, 19, December 3, 10 and Wednesdays, November 30 and December 7.  Performances will be Saturday, December 10 and Sunday, December 11.

HOME COURT ADVANTAGE:  FIRST GRADE BIBLES
All current first graders will receive an NIRV version of the Bible, along with their parents, on Sunday, November 6 during the 9:15 a.m. worship service.  Contact martha@memorialparkchurch.org to make sure your child is included in this wonderful presentation.
 
Family Events (quarterly)
Movie Nights, tubing at Wildwood Highlands, special Easter events, and our Fall Festival are all great activities—full of good, clean fun for the whole family!
