Memorial Park seeks to minister not only to the members of our church family who are away at college, but also to those students who are right around the corner from us. We recognize that the college years are a critical time in their lives. Consider these opportunities:

At Memorial Park

Young adults and college students are encouraged to participate in the Community Worship service on Saturday evenings ( 6:00 p.m. ). Social events are periodically scheduled following Community Worship.

Memorial Park has over 100 students who are in college. The church keeps in touch with its students via emails, care packages and summer programming. If you’re a student away at college, make sure you let us know your email address!

At LaRoche College
One of Memorial Park’s closest neighbors is LaRoche College.  In recent years the church has developed a good relationship with the college and many of its students. Memorial Park has financially supported the work of the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO) on the LaRoche campus, where CCO staff members TR Richards and Emily Bean lead a weekly fellowship. The 9:37 Fellowship meets on Tuesdays at 9:37 p.m. in the Kerr Fitness Center.    TR, Emily and students attend the CCO’s Jubilee conference at the end of February each year.

TR Richards also leads a ministry for young adults and college students at North Park Church. The young adult group meets on the first and third Sundays of the month from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. in Room 11 at North Park Church.
