Frequently Asked Questions

Is the message the same as on Sunday?
Usually the same pastor preaches on Saturday nights and on Sunday mornings at Memorial Park (or at least the same scripture text is used).  However at SNW multi-media is used to project the worship songs, scripture verses, and main points of the message onto a screen.  Sometimes a video clip is used to illustrate a sermon point.

Who Is Welcome?
The contemporary worship style appeals to a wide audience. Worshippers of all ages and groups attend and are invited to join us.

What is the music like?
Saturday Night Worship features a worship band playing a wide variety of today's top songs by new Christian artists as well as traditional hymns.  We want to create an atmosphere where we can experience God.  We believe that happens through the songs we sing as well as through the message.

Is there food?
Yes, we have a wonderful array of coffee and refreshments for you to enjoy before, during, and after the service. On the first Saturday of every month we offer free food of some kind after the service.  See below for more information about First Saturday Suppers.

What does SNW offer for children?
We are excited to offer your children our Sunday school “Power Hour” program on Saturday night. We have a class for 3-5 year olds as well as one for children 6-8 years old. However, kids are invited to worship comfortably with their parents for the entire service. We provide nursery care for children 3 & under
