2007-2008 Service Opportunities
Members and ministries are encouraged to participate in one or all of these opportunities.

September      donate a winter coat for NHCO or children’s clothing for St. Vincent and New Hope Church

October          contribute items for the NHCO food bank

November       help Hazelwood Church to minister to their community at Thanksgiving

December        purchase a gift for the Deacons' Giving Tree
or from the World Vision gift catalog

January           help to serve a dinner for International students in Oakland

February         participate in the women’s ministry Talent Auction to support the MOPS outreach

March             sponsor a child in the Vera Cruz preschool in Brazil

April                sign up for the workday at The Pittsburgh Project in May

May                 fill a baby bottle for the Pregnancy Care Centers

June                 provide snacks or craft supplies for Hazelwood Church

July                  supply a backpack or school supplies for NHCO

August             offer household items or help for PRISM’s Garage Giveaway
