Looking to get involved in the life of Memorial Park Church?  Why not volunteer?  We're looking for a number of people to join our team!  We have a number of volunteer positions we're looking to fill currently on our A/V team, no experience necessary!  Below is a list of the positions and the time commitment involved.

Camera Operator

Operate the manual camera and follow the direction of the video switcher.  They must have a good eye for camera shots that are appealing to our audience.  And must be willing to wear a headset to get directions from the video switcher.

Display operator

Manages what is seen on the screens in the sanctuary.  Video content from the video mixer or slide content via ProPresenter.  The display operator also runs the slides for worship found in the playlist inside ProPresenter for each service.

Audio Engineer
(livestream)

Solely responsible for our outgoing audio mix from the sanctuary, IE: the livestream, café area, and other overflow options.  Not all audio gets mixed inside the sanctuary the same, so we need a separate mix so that the online and overflow areas are able to hear everything they are supposed to hear.  This engineer will be listening via headphones to the outgoing mix so that they are aware of anything out of the ordinary and can adjust right away using the iPad.

Audio Engineer
(in House)

Responsible for all audio in house and on stage. This engineer will coordinate with the Worship Director on all aspects of audio needs and mix the audio for a comfortable listening experience for the worshippers and ensure those on stage are able to hear what they need to hear and are comfortable as well.

Lighting Operator

Responsible for all aspects of lighting in the sanctuary.  Scenes for each portion of service need to be planned out and set during the week in coordination with the Technical and Worship Directors and then either automated within ProPresenter or run live in the services.

Front of House coordinator

This person will be the communication connection between the front and back of house for all services and relay information as needed.  This person will be on headset with the Technical Director.
